all things wild and wonderful
I am intrigued and moved by the focus and maturity of C.C.'s work of late. One of the nice things about fame is the power it gives, and the sense of doing things to effect growth and possibility in the minds and hearts of others which can also, in those sensitive to it, its voluntary, greater, responsibility. Those who embrace it find a new and deeper sense of the importance of their work - and their place in the greater world - by taking on this same, and it is a gentle wonder to see it take shape, sense and passion in G.C.'s life. Hope his quiet moments give him rest from a conscience awakened to all those wonders - and sadnesses - around him. We will be better for this gentle rest, too, I am certain.

R.I.P., Max
Just a note to mention the recent death of George's beloved pet pig, Max, aged 18. Pigs are very smart and easy to anthropomorphize, so I imagine George's sense of loss is great at this sad time.

Oh, and by the way, in case you want to fix your banner at the top of the Guestbook, it's "its readers," with no apostrophe.

love & kisses,
Grammarian

Is George Clooney getting married?
Unfortunately, ladies, right now none of us are in the running to be the next Mrs. Gorgeous (aka George) Clooney. I think George’s first marriage scared him to death and made him realize he wasn’t good at something. He shies away from things when they do not appear to be perfect; his marriage ending, played havoc on his self-worth and self-love. George is a very black and white thinker and until he makes up his mind to do something or have something it’s hard to penetrate his stubborn ways. Right now he is focused totally on work and giving service to others. With his Capricorn moon he is very much a work-aholic and he often times has a fear of intimate and emotional encounters. Emotionally he is always striving to keep up with and make his father proud, which for him creates insecurity when it comes to love; he never feels good enough. His Mars in Leo is why he is so gorgeous and his Pisces rising make him beyond dreamy. When his progressed moon started traveling through the sign of Leo three years ago (2003), we saw a major shift in his work and he jumped to superstar status. Beginning in May 2007, right around his 46th birthday and lasting for about 2 ½ years we will see George drop a lot of his activism, because it will be taking a back seat to a new relationship in his life. What may happen is he will meet or recognize the perfect woman (around June/July 2008) who shares his passion for social causes and together they will not only conquer world issues, but they will also share a beautiful love for one another. The Universe will send him a woman with a lot of Libra or Scorpio traits. When he does fall in love it might be the first time that he will actually admit he’s in a committed relationship. I say – “lucky lady”. Hmmm – I’m a Libra with lots of Scorpio in my chart! A girl can dream, huh?

Leatherheads props
Not sure who I would need to contact but I have a lot of old camera flash bulbs that could be used for props in this film (or other ones). I would offer these to the crew at no charge and no strings attached. I don't use these much anymore and would love to see them brought back to life. Thanks. Mark Wood
